Business Department

Long established as the cornerstone of the college, the business department offers a wide range of courses at all levels from certificate through diploma and degree to a professional diploma level. As with all academic programmes the qualification achieved is only as good as the university or accrediting body that makes the award. It is very important that the awarding body is well respected and accepted through all continents. This is even more important for an international college such as London College Dublin as many of our students will return home after completing their studies and their degrees and diplomas must be accepted and recognised in their own countries. As a result all of our education partners are carefully selected and all qualifications offered are fully accredited in the U.K. (QCA), USA and Asia. Please note that as well as the international recognition of the awards offered by London College Dublin, all courses offered are fully approved by the Irish Department of Education and are recognised as valid courses in relation to student visa applications. As mentioned London College Dublin only operates with internationally recognised and accredited educational providers. The Association of Business Executives is one such group having being established in the UK in 1973 by a group of politicians, educators and businessmen in order to provide education to business students on a global level to a common high standard. With Dr. Edward de Bono, the world famous lateral thinker as its president, A.B.E. has now colleges, students and members in over 70 countries throughout the world.
